Ask for it by name.
For years, customers of Computer Dads didn’t ask for a computer repair. They asked for The Flat Fix.
Why? Because they knew exactly what they were getting: trusted service, a fair price, and quality work that solved the problem.
Now, that same idea lives on with The Flat Fix Keepsake from Filming by Ken.
A simple, flat-price keepsake video created from your photos, video clips, and memories. Professionally edited. Easy to share. Built to last.
Ask for it by name: The Flat Fix Keepsake.
Flat Fix Keepsake Video

Filming by Ken
Lately, I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting.
I’ve realized that when I’m filming—really filming—I’m at my best. I’m present. I’m connected. I’m not just existing… I’m contributing.
What started years ago as simply showing up with a camera has quietly become something bigger. I’ve built relationships, captured moments that matter, and been part of communities I care deeply about—without ever really labeling it.
So I’m going to be more intentional about that.
Filming by Ken is, at its heart, a volunteer-driven, community-first effort.
I show up because I want to. I film because I care. I listen, I observe, and I try to tell stories the right way—honestly, respectfully, and with heart.
If I can make a few bucks along the way, great.
But money is not why I do this.
Recently, my wife Anne suggested that I should look into volunteering at the Boys & Girls Club. I told her that I already volunteer—just in a different way—for some of the best clubs, teams, schools, and communities in Minnesota.
She smiled… and told me I was right. 👍
There’s no obligation. No expectations. No pressure.
Just someone who believes that moments matter—and that kids, families, and communities deserve to have theirs remembered.
If you’ve supported me, encouraged me, or simply watched a video—thank you.
If you see me around with a camera, know that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.
And I’m still listening.
📣 Memo from Ken — About My Filming and Support
To the families, players, and teams I’ve filmed over the years —
I wanted to take a moment to share where I’m at with my filming work.
I’ve been filming youth and high school sports for over a decade. I do it because I enjoy it — plain and simple. I’m retired now, and this keeps me active, connected, and creative. It’s never been about money — it’s about the kids, the memories, and the community.
Over the years, I’ve tried different ways for people to support what I do: tips, donations, simple fees. I’ve realized that chasing money changes how I feel about the work — and that’s not why I started this in the first place.
So moving forward:
- I’m going to film what I enjoy, when I want to.
- I’m not requiring or asking for payment.
- If someone wants to support what I do, that’s appreciated — but it won’t be expected.
- I may or may not be available to film specific requests — it depends on the moment, not the money.
If you’ve ever said thank you, shared a video, or encouraged what I do — that means everything to me. And that’s the fuel I’ll keep running on.
See you out there —
– Ken
Everywhere you look, it’s AI this and automated that.
But Filming by Ken isn’t built by bots — it’s built on heart.
I still believe in showing up, caring, and capturing real moments from real people.
No scripts. No filters. Just genuine stories that deserve to be remembered.
I might be a dying breed — but I’m exactly where I belong.
