Whether you live nearby or outside the local delivery area, there is a simple way to get your photos and video clips to Ken.

Local Customers

Ken comes to you to personally pick up your photos and/or video clips. When your Flat Fix Keepsake™ is complete, Ken returns your originals and hand-delivers your finished keepsake on a custom lanyard and thumb drive.

You will also receive a private online link for easy viewing and sharing.

Outside the Local Area

Copy your photos and/or video clips onto a thumb drive and send it to Ken using overnight shipping with tracking.

After your Flat Fix Keepsake™ is finished, your original thumb drive and completed keepsake will be shipped back to you.

You will also receive a private online link so your keepsake can be viewed and shared anywhere.

Optional Digital Conversion Service

Available for Flat Fix Keepsake™ customers when needed

The Flat Fix Keepsake™ works best when photos and video clips are already provided in digital format. Customers are encouraged to have older media converted before submitting their keepsake materials.

If you are unable to convert your materials, Filming by Ken may be able to assist for an additional charge.

Media that may require conversion:
  • Printed photographs
  • VHS tapes
  • DVDs
  • Other older media formats

Pricing depends on the type and amount of media being converted. The cost will always be discussed and approved before any conversion work begins.

This optional service is offered only when needed to complete a Flat Fix Keepsake™. It is not available as a standalone conversion service.
